With nearly a decade as a Presales Solutions Consultant at Zendesk, I have helped 100s of businesses align cutting edge CX technology and SaaS solutions with their Customer Experience goals.

But I was always driven by a vision to engage more deeply with the clients I worked with, throughout their entire customer lifecycle... from discovery to solution design and validation to onboarding and ongoing success

Also, I wanted to bring the full scope of my CX and Operations background in Retail & Ecommerce and the Fashion & Apparel industry in play, to dedicate even more depth of expertise to the businesses I'm helping.

That's why I founded Frimio... to bring this vision to life by offering a more integrated approach, filling the gaps left by traditional CX software acquisition cycles

With a strong and uniquely blended background, I've been able to pivot my career and now build it on helping Small to Medium businesses integrate technology with customer experience.
